Soooooooooooooo.....................Hello world of DA to whom I have not actually given an update to in quite a long time. School. That is the only world to describe why things have been the way they are. That.....And I'm actually a little lazy when it comes to typing up long paragraphs of words. To fill peeps in on what has been going on------Here we go.
School~
School is hard. School is long. Breaks never last long enough. Homework. Nuff said.
Costumes~
Jelly the Sableye had a mental break down and tore one of her eyes off and made some of her stitching come undone. She is going to be repaired as best as she can be for A-kon to which she hopes to see every Pokemon fan there. And can't wait for hugs either.
The sailor costume has been put on hold for lack of time because of school, however, it might be able to be finished if I work my butt off after school is over. I am more worried about Tao's costume to worry about my more than one costume.
Drawing~
I have not been drawing much, again school, but when I have it has been okay for the most part. I am hoping to be finishing up some of the small projects I have started soon and get those on here as fast as I can.
Sewing other things~
I uploaded two new things that are actually not drawings or paintings but plushies! I will have more pictures of other projects I hope because I have fallen in love with making stuffed things! The time that goes in isn't that fun but I always feel proud when a plushie is finished. So look out for more of those. (Specifically League of Legends stuff)
Other~
I don't really have anything to put in here because I don't feel like ranting about anything right now. Just a mini update for now.

Sooooo...College?

Hello one and all! And welcome to the journal that should be going over everything about college!
Yes I'm now in college and have finally settled in to everything. It's still a little stressful because it's not what I'm use to. I mean the teachers don't tell you when you have homework. @-@ But besides the fact that I have to look up my assignments I also have to make sure to get up on time. And know when I have to get off the computer without anyone nagging at me. Which is a blessing and yet can be a curse seeing as I like to now play League of Legends!
But that's beside the point.....Something that is awesome to know about is that I have no roommate. No I did not ask to not have one, I just didn't end up with one. (sweet!) The room is actually bigger than my room at home. HAHA. But I have to watch out for my head every morning because I bunked the beds to make more space! (more space to roll around in the desk chair heheheh)
Now that you know all about that, which I'm sure was exciting to read about, let's get onto the next thing.
When I thought about going to college I thought more about being able to play more games because I would have more free time. Well I do have free time to play but the people I want to play with don't have the time. Or don't really want to play in the first place. So I sit in my dorm and pretty much try to entertain myself. And yes that time could be used better by doing assignments a head of time or something. Blah blah blah. But it isn't all bad.
Lately because I the free time I have taken to drawing flowers. And I would have to say they are turning out pretty well. I might eventually get those on here but I had to take the pictures with my phone, which does NOT have a very good camera on it. So they might need some touching up done beforehand. And cus I took them on the phone, there are shadows and those suck.
Well I think that is all for now. Not much has been going on so I don't have much to talk about.

Updates and me getting back onto DA

Hello people of the internet world! Taya is back and is feeling great! (Except for the 100 bug bites all over me...)
Now for updates about everything! This might be a long journal, but just stay with me.
School~
Well school has been out for awhile since like May 10th...I think. I don't remember lol. Anyway, school was the main reason why I wasn't able to get onto DA. It took up all of my time with projects and papers and homework and toward the end, exams...But High school is now over! I'm now a freshman all over again! Woot! At least I hope I will be saying "woot" when i get into college. I already have my college all picked out and I am excited to finally be out of my high school that caused me so much trouble these past four years.
Drawing~
As far as drawing goes, I have been actually drawing! Go me, right? So there should be some new stuff up I think today. If my camera decides to like me today and i can get good pictures of my...pictures.
I haven't painted anything in a while so no paintings, but some little drawings will be up.
Vacations~
Another reason why i haven't been on DA since summer started was because I have been to Florida, to Texas (A-kon), back to Florida, to the Bahamas, back to Florida, then finally back home. I just got back yesterday! So all my vacations are out of the way in the beginning of the summer. I might have some other small ones later, but they aren't planned yet. So I'm sorry in advance if I poof for a little again.
With vacations was A-KON~
A-kon 24 was great this year. For those of you who went and actually read my journals (lol) you saw my secret Pokemon cosplay as Sableye. I have to say that for my first time in a full suit it wasn't that bad. I wasn't too hot in the GIANT head, but then again the hotel was really cold, which again was awesome for me even when I wasn't in costume. I'm known as the human heater at home. HA. i think there have been some pictures posted on Facebook by
so check those out. I know a lot of other people took pictures because I was stopped like every ten steps lol. Sableye as well as Tao's secret cosplay will be coming back for A-kon 25 next year for sure, so you can be sure to see Sableye again there. And if anyone wants to ask how anything was made on the costume, just shoot me a message and I'll try to answer them the best i can. And if I can't ill ask Tao.
More on what happened at A-kon though...We were not finished with the costumes at all! we were sewing both until 10 min before the Pokemon photo shoot. That's when we just focused on Sableye to get her done. YES IT IS A SHE. Her name is Jelly because of her purple color reminded me of grape jelly lol. She is going to actually be worked on a little bit more before Tao and I's next convention. I am glad that people loved seeing Jelly walk around. Sorry that I couldn't walk around more but there will be WAY more time next year. I might even have more than one cosplay!
What else to talk about...Lets see...Well I can say that I enjoyed A-kon 24 very much, even though I was in the hotel room for most of the convention, but hey, you can only go into the dealers room so many times.

Hello DA World....I'm not dead...yet....

Hello hello peeps. (suger covered marshmellow birds)
Yes, tis I, Taya, the girl who has vanished for a too long of a time that I don't remember when I was last on. Lol. But yeah I'm still on DA I just have been engulfed in the world of basketball and school. Which has led to the fact that I haven't been able to draw and/or write a journal entry for a long time. So maybe I can too a catch up entry right now....
School~School sucks. Just for the fact that I rather be doing other stuff in the time that I spend at school. Like playing Sims3, Minecraft, Pokemon, Borderlands2, or working on my costume (which is the most important atm). But school is school and 1st semester was great as far as grades go!
A-kon/Costume~I have started working on my secret cosplay as up a week ago or so. I have only started working on the head and and I both think that it looks good so far. We are going to be working on our costumes at my house this weekend and we both hope to finish the foaming on the head this weekend. After which I can start working on the fabric, which has to come in yet...Tao >-> lol.
Christmas~Christmas was great this year! I would call it the big gift year because of college next year. I got a creeper plushie from by BF that he made himself! I'm so proud lawl. I also got Sims3 from him. I got borderlands2, a TV, and TurtleBeaches from my parents. This is all in preparation for college. Among other things I got money, gift cards, candy, card/board games, and other things I can't remember right now. But it was a good year.
Drawing~I need to start drawing/painting again but school and sports take up alot of time to do that. I have pictures to upload I just have to get them on here first. (A.K.A. get pictures/scan them first)
So that's all that I have been up to lately, well atleast all that I can remember right now. More pictures will be posted soon I hope.

Just an update entry here.
School....School has been okay for the most part but there have been some bad parts. Some very stressful parts too. Whoever said that Senior year was easier than Junior year totally didn't have my course load. But over all school isn't too bad. Grades are all good and yahda yahda yahda...
Drawing.....Drawing has been going on and off. I have drawn some new things but I have to find back the links of where I got what I drew from before I put them on here and I'm lazy and don't feel like doing that. @-@
Painting....I haven't done eany painting lately becuase school takes up a lot of my time and my office is a mess right now and I don't have room to paint. Lol. (I currently have 30 empty cans of Diet Dr. Pepper on my desk) But I have some paintings waiting to be done and I will get those on here once they are done.
Costumes.....Costume work has come to a complete halt for the moment as both me and are both in school and we need eachother to work on our secret cosplays. But once they are done they will be awesome! 
My other costume that I am working on with 
has also come to a halt and I need to work on that one too. But again SCHOOOOOOOOOLLL...T-T
Games.....So I have become addited to the game Minecraft. (For most of you who couldn't tell) I just enjoy the fact I can build whatever I want!
I end up just making cool houses but hey it's fun.
